In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may apply. You are responsible for these.
Return Policy
New Items
1) Returnable within 7 days of delivery. The buyer will have to bear the shipping and any additional costs.
2) Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Warranty Policy
All Twilight Pulse Audioworks carry 2 years limited warranty.
Product defects not caused by the customer's negligence (For Example:- powering the products with the wrong currents, tinkering with the electronics of the pedals or removing parts from the circuit board) will be covered by this warranty.
